LeaguePals makes it easy to collect and manage tournament entry fees—whether paid directly by bowlers or entered by the tournament director.

Payments Made by the Bowler

Online at Signup
Bowlers can pay their entry fee during registration through the tournament’s signup page.
After Being Manually Added
If a bowler is manually added to the event (create wizard, or imported), they will automatically be marked as “owing” the entry fee.
A payment alert will appear in their LeaguePals dashboard, allowing them to securely complete payment online from their account.

Payments Managed by the Tournament Director

Credit Card

You can charge a bowler's card directly from your Manager Dashboard using the Wallet feature.
Important: You must have the bowler’s consent before processing any payments on their behalf.
Cards can be added to a bowler’s wallet either by the bowler or by you, allowing easy access for payments.

Cash

Cash payments can be accepted and manually recorded in LeaguePals to keep financial records accurate and up to date.
