Vector Plus Missing Games

Unfortunately, there are cases where the scoring sytems Vector and Vector Plus do not populate all games when generating scoring files to process. 

To account for this, we have added additional information into scoring notifications when this scenario occurs and outlines the missing games, so that a manual adjustment can be completed.

Steps to Update:

1. On import, click Process Partial Matches to continue.

2. On the Scores page, locate the light red cell(s) for the listed team/game.

3. Enter the correct score (from your front-desk system) and Save. The highlight is removed and standings update immediately.
